With the significant growth we have been subject to, Barry Leach transitioned into the Operations Director role at the start of 2025, supporting our Managing, Partner, Lee Hewitt. Noting Barry has been with the business for well over a decade, this was a seamless change and had an immediate and positive impact, both internally and externally to the business.

Noting the pace in which market sectors continue to evolve, it was necessary to provide clarity of our service capabilities, leading to the launch of our updated brand identity supported by new logos. This re-brand reflects not only who we are today, but the organisation we strive to be in this evolving market.

Core Emirates continued success within the Mission Critical sector has seen us secure in excess of 200 MW of new and ongoing hyperscale Data Centre projects, introducing multiple new client relationships, further strengthening our expertise in technology-driven infrastructure.
Our global reach continues to grow with projects in diverse geographical locations including Dubai | Abu Dhabi | Kingdom of Saudi Arabia | Turkey | South Africa | Nigeria, in the last twelve months alone, demonstrating we are prepared for the scale, the complexities, and the challenges that lie ahead for 2026 and beyond.
Our grass roots of Cx services have led to a significant appointment of large-scale hospitality development in Ras Al Khaimah that will enhance the tourism landscape in one of the region’s fastest-growing destinations. This project represents a first-of-its-kind development for the region and, due to its scale, has been delivered as a joint venture between commissioning (Cx) companies. The collaboration demonstrates our transparency, professionalism, and the confidence our clients place in our ability to deliver major projects collaboratively with industry partners.
In parallel to the above, over on Hudayriyat Island in Abu Dhabi, our team are engaged by the developer to support the delivery of a major recreation and waterfront attraction, contributing to a thriving new leisure district which will further enhance the ever-evolving Abu Dhabi landscape.
