This complex located on the Corniche in Abu Dhabi includes a prestige office tower of 74 stories of office space, plantrooms, data centre and satellite IT rooms, a podium and atrium reception zone, outdoor spaces gardens and fountains.

The south side of the building is coated in a double wall of insulated and porous glass, with horizontal sunshades that mitigate direct sunlight. An LED lighting system on this exterior enhances the tower’s presence at night. The lighting display can be programmed to change color, patterns, and intensity to celebrate holidays or for special events.

Core PMC were initially appointed by Six Construct, to conduct a detailed commissionability study of specifications and schematics relating to interfacing and commissioning processes. Additionally, we produced a responsibility matrix, commissioning plan, organization chart and concluded a study of the contractors programme.
