The Burjuman Shopping Centre is the oldest shopping mall in Dubai. Distinctive landmark is located in the area of Bur Dubai and is developed by Al Ghurair Group. It comprises of 2.8 million square feet of mixed-use space including the shopping mall, business tower, hotel and residences.

Core were appointed by Al Tayer Stocks as their third party Commissioning Management Company during the renovation works that included renovation of the malls physical space as well as extension and enhancement of shopping and entertainment experience. Responsible for the coordination and completion of all commissioning as well as various close-out activates.
