The Dubai Mixed-Use Towers, also referred to as the Dancing Sisters is a 60- plus story tower located in Dubai, United Emirates. The towers rise over 700 feet (210 meters), one convex, one concave, and comprise 2,297,800 square feet (213,470 m2) of mixed use space, including a five star Biltmore Hotel Suites Tower, 250 luxury rental residences with hotel- like services and amenities, prime corporate office space, conference centers, high-end retail shops, restaurants, hospitality and entertainment areas.

Core PMC were appointed by Arabian Construction Company as their third-party Commissioning Management Company to facilitate the completion of Phase 11 works related to the Hotel footprint. Responsibilities the coordination and completion of all commissioning activities, implementation / execution of a robust handover process / procedure to attain final handover.
