Responsible for preparing the Commissioning software (Facility Grid). Prepare commissioning plan. Preparing the RAMS for the GC to develop further. Provide input into the Cx Schedule, manage L2-L5 and associated tagging approval process, provide input into the BMS Sequence of operations, attending FWT, Conducting witnessing on site, Developing, managing and implementing the level 4 and IST Scripts,

Ensure compliance with LIWA Exhibit-E. Chair commissioning meeting with the GC and the client team, as well as weekly progress presentations to LIWA. Provide final reports for Heat load testing, IST and Cx Final, report. Conducted management of the client training including recording of classroom and on-site training. Developed, prepared and submitted the final O&M’s. Carried all TAB related works.
